Summer Silhouettes

Hello Stampers,

This weeks DOstamper Challenge is a color challenge and I immediately pulled out my Summer Silhouettes stamp. Basically a quick and easy card but very elegant. I didn't add a sentiment so it can be used as a thank you, birthday or sympathy card or anything else that may be needed. I love stamp sets that are so versatile.

Grateful Bunch

Hello stampers,

Another DOstamper weekly challenge. This week is a "Home Sweet Home" challenge and usually not my favorite, but today's card seemed to just fall into place. I don't have any teapot stamps or framelits so I focused more on the black and white color with a splash of color and the flowers on the teapots. The Grateful Bunch bundle is quickly becoming one of my favorites! It makes card making quick and easy and absolutely beautiful.

Perfect Peacock

Hello stampers,

I can't believe how fast each week goes by. It is time for another DOstamper Thursday challenge. This week is a sketch challenge and I went back to the main catalog and pulled out one of my favorite stamps, "Perfect Peacock". There are so many color possibilities with the coloring of the peacock.

Grateful Bunch

Hello stampers,

Time for another challenge, and today is a color challenge. One of my favorite Stampin' Up colors is Blackberry Bliss...absolutely stunning!

It's hard to tell in the picture but the leaves are done in the Old Olive, the flowers in Calypso Coral & Blackberry Bliss, and the butterflies and card layer in Sahara Sand with Very Vanilla as a card base. I have been seeing a lot of cards with the front of the card cut short and using the Grateful Bunch as the border, so I thought I would give it a try and I absolutely love it!!! Every stamped image was from the Grateful Bunch set and I saved money with the coordinating punch by buying the bundle. The Very Vanilla inner layer was sponged very lightly with the Sahara Sand just to give it a softer look.

DOstamper Stars Thursday Challenge #166

Hello Stampers,

Today is Thursday and that means another challenge. Today is a sketch challenge and I used a variety of punches, and the Sheltering Tree stamp set. (such a versatile stamp set) I used the Paper Pumpkin stamp for the sentiment. The butterfly and pink strip is sponged with Rose Red on the FREE vellum from Sale-A-Bration! Dostampers Challenge #163

Hello stampers,

It's Thursday so that means DOstamper challenge day.

Today's card is a sketch challenge and I got to play with new items from the new Occasions catalog. Love the beauty of Bloomin' Love stamp set and the matching Bloomin' Heart thinlits dies. Don't' forget to bundle and save. The Blushing Bride glimmer paper is just beautiful. The photo really does not do the glimmer paper justice. I also used FREE Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum from the Sale-a-bration catalog. Remember, now thru March 31st every $50 you spend in product earns you a free item from the Sale-a-bration catalog.
